Terms of Service
Last updated: 24/05/2026By using Entour, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service provider
Entour is owned and operated by:
Entour
CVR: 46378806
E-mail: hej@entour.dk
We refer to ourselves as "Entour", "we", "us" or "our". The user is referred to as "you" or "user".
2. Description of the service
Entour is a platform for organizing and joining running activities. The app allows users to create activities, find nearby runs, and connect with other runners. Entour acts solely as a platform — we do not organize, supervise, or endorse any activities.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Entour. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
4. User conduct
When using Entour, you agree to:
- Be respectful to other users
- Not create misleading, offensive, or spam activities
- Not use the app for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform
- Not impersonate other users or entities
- Not use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
5. Activities and safety
Entour is a platform for connecting people. You participate in activities entirely at your own risk and are responsible for assessing your own fitness, health, and safety. Entour is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that occur during or in connection with activities organized through the app.
This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. profile information, activity descriptions, chat messages). By posting content, you grant Entour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store it within the app as necessary to provide the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users, without prior notice.
7. Reporting illegal content
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), you can report content that you believe is illegal by using the in-app report function or by emailing support@entour.dk with a description of the content and the reason you consider it illegal.
We will review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict access where appropriate. We will notify the reporting user and the content author of any action taken, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
8. Intellectual property
All rights to the Entour app, brand, design, logos, and underlying technology belong to Entour. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party services
Entour integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, and social login providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Entour is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Entour is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the app. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@entour.dk. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Entour shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt an amicable resolution.
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
