Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Your consent — which you may withdraw at any time. Certain features (e.g. location-based services) may not function without it.
  • Contract performance — to provide the services you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — such as platform safety and service improvement.
  • Legal obligations — where required by law.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the app, including Firebase (authentication, cloud messaging), Google Maps, and analytics providers.
  • Other users when you choose to share information or participate in activities.
  • Authorities where legally required.

  • Facebook Login — Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Google Maps — Google LLC

International data transfers

Your data may be processed in or transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. You may request account deletion at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. Contact us at privacy@entour.dk to exercise your rights.

Children's privacy

You must be at least 13 years old to use Entour. In some EU regions, local age limits (e.g. 16) may apply. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the applicable minimum age. If we learn such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption and access control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.
