Delete Your Account

Delete via the app

1. Open Entour and go to your profile
2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Delete via email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture, bio)
• Activities you created
• Your messages and chat history
• All associated account data

Processing time

Account deletion is processed immediately when done through the app. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
