Yes! Entour is completely free for individual runners. You can create activities, join runs, and connect with other runners at no cost.

Where Strava's primary focus is tracking your runs, Entour is about everything before the run - with you as a runner at the center. Entour makes it possible to find a running partner for any run, whether it's a spontaneous 5K tomorrow, a longer run on the weekend, or your next social run.

Open the app, tap the "+" button, choose a meeting point on the map, set the time, distance and pace, and publish. Other runners nearby will be able to find and join your activity.

Browse the map or list view to find activities near you. Tap on one to see the details, then tap "Join" to sign up. You'll get a notification before the activity starts.

Go to your profile, tap Settings (gear icon), and tap "Delete Account". You can also email support@entour.dk with the subject "Account Deletion Request". See our account deletion page for more details.
